Clippin.tvHow to reach us, what to include so we can actually fix it, and how to make a privacy or deletion request.

Fastest route for product problems is the Discord. For anything private — billing, account access, privacy, deletion, copyright — email Albo@clippin.tv.
Clippin is a small operation, so there is no ticket queue to get lost in — messages come straight to a person.
We aim to reply to email within two business days. Privacy and deletion requests are handled within 30 days, and usually much sooner — see Data Deletion.
The difference between a fix in ten minutes and a fix in three days is usually how much of this you include:
Most publishing failures are an expired or revoked authorisation rather than a bug. The Connections page inside Clippin shows the state of every connected account, and reconnecting fixes the majority of them.
To remove Clippin’s access entirely, disconnect from the Connections page and also revoke it in the platform’s own settings — for Google, the third-party access page.
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email Albo@clippin.tv — the Data Deletion page lists exactly what to include for each kind of request, and what we delete.
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Policy.
If you have found a vulnerability, email Albo@clippin.tv with the subject line SECURITY and enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not post it publicly, and please do not access, modify or exfiltrate other people’s data while testing.
We will not pursue good-faith research
Report it privately, give us reasonable time to fix it, and stay within the boundaries above, and we will not take legal action over the research itself.
Copyright notices go to Albo@clippin.tv; the information to include is listed in section 8 of our Terms of Service. If the content is already published on a third-party platform, that platform’s own copyright process is usually the faster route and we will point you to it.
